Paris Fashion Week was razzmatazzed with a dazzling display of creativity and opulence as Messika unveiled its fourth high jewellery show. The Maison, renowned for its bold designs and innovative approach to precious metals and gemstones, once again raised the bar with a collection that was both electrifying and unique.
The evening opened with a star-studded lineup, featuring A-list celebrities such as Cardi B, Natalia Vodianova, Balqees Fathi, Lucien Laviscount, Future, Nina Dobrev, Cole Sprouse, Heidi Klum, MIYEON, Isabelle Adjani, and Simon Gong. The atmosphere was electric, with the setting transformed into a true sound box, pulsating with the greatest hits of French electro touch.
Before the show, top model Ashley Graham hosted a live broadcast on Messika’s social media channels, building anticipation among fans around the world.
Artistic Director Valérie Messika expanded upon the inspirations of the Midnight Sun collection, introducing a more vibrant Opus II.
The collection showcased 125 new creations, each characterized by sharp style, voluptuous silhouettes,bold shapes, and dazzling stones. Messika dared to break conventions, introducing original pieces such as lip jewellery, body belts, headpieces, and nail jewels, reflecting a liberated and carefree vision of high jewellery.
The show reached its climax with the unveiling of the breathtaking Supernature and Fragments of Time necklaces. These monumental creations, featuring diamonds of exceptional carat sizes, redefined the boundaries of high jewellery. The Fragments of Time necklace, adorned by the iconic Eva Herzigova, was a particular highlight, featuring a stunning 36-carat yellow diamond paired with an incomparable 33-carat white stone.
Models and friends of the Maison, including Taylor Hill and Cindy Bruna, paraded around a hypnotic XXL panoramic screen cube. Paris Jackson, daughter of the King of Pop, added a touch of 80s nostalgia to the show, captivating the audience with hervpresence. The intense show concluded with a thrilling final tableau, featuring the stunning Eva Herzigova, cementing Messika’s reputation for collaborating with the biggest names in fashion.
