Per Reuters, 2022 was the busiest year yet for climate and sustainability regulation. Besides, two major global events marked the year: the post-Covid world and the Ukraine war.
In addition, many other changes took place to bring the world into completely new conditions. If we said in 2021 that the world would not be the same after 2021, we could now say that Covid-19 was just one of the key events – or perhaps the reason – for many changes in the world.
The crisis of uncertainty in the economy also shook the world. Only a few industries have strengthened. One of them is alternative energy production, which has recently gained momentum. In an extremely short time, nuclear reactors were good and safe enough again. Even more, the EU parliament is labeling them as green.
The fact is the EU has a vast electricity deficiency. In August, prices in some countries reached record levels of 600 to 700 Euros per MWh.
While this is bad news for residents, it is good news for power producers, especially when energy production is cheap. Themis Ecosystem, a giant platform for technologically advanced projects, falls into this category.
With its two main projects – or drivers – which produce electricity from wood waste (Biomass Ultima) and waste plastic and rubber (Project Phoenix8), Themis Ecosystem promises a bright future.
Roberto Hroval: It was a challenging but good year
“We started the year in uncertainty about Covid-19,” said Roberto Hroval, founder of Themis Ecosystem, “for no one knew whether the borders would remain open and whether the authorities issuing the permits would have their offices open. Both were key conditions for us, as we planned to start building the first driver in the EU.”
The team took advantage of the lockdowns during the pandemic and upgraded the operational strategy. They brought innovations to the processes and combined several projects into one. They decided that instead of gradually implementing some projects, they would wrap them up into one big project and launch it simultaneously.
The situation was in their favor – no lockdowns – and at the beginning of the year, they brought the equipment for the first driver to the location.
At the same time, they carried out a charity campaign to collect money for an animal shelter.
The new strategy, the new factory, the new brands…
As per the new strategy, the first driver is about to get some attachments. One is the lab diamonds maker plant, and the other is a high-quality vertical farming plant.
Both attached plants will produce in-demand products that follow the Themis philosophy. The production will be smooth and price-effective, thanks to the in-house electricity they will use. Namely, the biggest obstacle for these two industries is high power consumption. Since both projects will use the excess electricity generated by the first driver, these problems will not exist.
To successfully launch the project, the company introduced two new brands. The first was John’s Organic Roots, representing vertical farming vegetables and organic carbon black. The second one was Zeta Quantum Diamonds for green, lab-grown diamonds.
During the summer months, the company prepared the construction site for the first driver in Slovenia, EU. All the necessary permits were obtained, and the team was formed. Modules for vertical farming and lab-grown diamonds are being built at a distant location.
At the same time, the team started preparing another charity project, a unique capsule that offers an antistress program for quick relaxation called Asclepius8. The technology exploits the cumulative healing effects of plant essences, special sounds, and colors. The capsule will be located on the busy streets of big cities and offer free therapy to passersby.
In autumn, the construction site of the first driver was opened, and the first construction works began. The project is progressing according to plan. It is planned to be finished in one of the following months, and the factory will start to operate.
“These are just some of the key activities that are visible from the outside,” the founder explained, “many things are happening in the background, and a very intense year 2023 is being planned.”
Themis Ecosystem in 2023
One of the most visible indicators of a favorable growth trend is the price of the PP8 Industrial Token. iTo is an e-voucher that contains the final products and gains that the technology produces. In the case of the Themis Ecosystem and its first driver, the essential end-products are two: green electricity and carbon dioxide negativity. Both components, proportionally divided among all the iTos issued, form the average price of PP8 iTo.
The initial iTo’s price has risen beyond all expectations. The main reason was a massive increase in the EU’s electricity price, alternative energy-rising expectations, and overall trust in technology and the company.
But this is not the limit yet, not by a long shot, according to Roberto Hroval’s vision. “We have outfrowned plans and concentrated long-term development into one mega-project. Therefore, we skipped quite a few phases and accelerated development by around seven years. Now is the time for the stabilization of processes on the one hand and the continuation of the trend on the other. We have everything under control and a very optimistic look into the future.”
For 2023, the team is preparing the launching of the second driver. It will also be the plant for alternative energy, located in Slovenia, EU. As usual, there will be a lot of paperwork and preparation for such a large project.
Right now, around fifty people are working on building the first factory alone. Another specialized team will be engaged when the second one is launched.
Another big game-changer that will open its doors in 2023 is Online Industrial Exchange (OIX), where supporters can buy and sell iTos. The exchange went through some major updates to make it as simple and effective for the user as possible. The team plans to launch it in Q1.
Continuation of charity projects
Finally, charity work will continue. Roberto Hroval is pleased that their first bigger charity project, donating funds to an animal shelter, was such as success. Besides the cash, charity organization We4Next Nation, one of the parts of the Themis Ecosystem, donated services worth US$96,000.
The shelter owner has spent the money carefully and efficiently, and today the animal shelter has an entirely new look.
Roberto Hroval: “This is one of the important parts of our work. As I like to say, we are set to provide a fair green deal for all. We like to help people who otherwise won’t have the opportunity to grow and blossom. Many incredible, hard-working, and self-sacrificing people need help. We will help them, as many as we can.”
In that regard, the company will organize another charity auction for their PP8 golden coin in Q1.
That way, the company fulfills its mission statement: Let’s change the world, together—day by day, person by person, project by project.
Yes, the future is bright for the Themis Ecosystem. We wish them all the best in 2023.
